Proof of purchase can be either a computer generated receipt or a hand stamped mark. Payment shall be made BEFORE each session has started.<\/li>\n<li>If a customer is caught participating in a session without paying, the following will occur:<\/li>\n<li><b>FIRST OFFENSE<\/b>: If a customer is caught participating without paying, he or she will be banned\/barred\/expelled from the building for a period of 60 days for the first offense. The 60 day ban will begin on the day of the offense. The offending customer will then be placed on the &#8220;Banned List&#8221; which will be posted at playing surface level.<\/li>\n<li><strong>SECOND OFFENSE<\/strong>: If a customer is caught participating without paying for a second time, he or she will be banned for life from all Bell Sports Complex programs and activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>First aid<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>First aid room is located at the entrance of rink 2 in the locker room hallway.<\/li>\n<li>First aid trained personnel.<\/li>\n<li>ADA Defibrillator located in the soccer field locker corridor on the ground floor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Toddler changing tables<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Located in both the Men&#8217;s and Women&#8217;s\u00a0 public washrooms behind the bar section on the second floor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Food services and concessions<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/complexesportifcn.com\/en\/food-beverage\/restaurants-menus\/\"><b>Sports Bar;<\/b><\/a> \u00a0menu items from Pizza Pizza, Molson and Coke<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/complexesportifcn.com\/en\/food-beverage\/restaurants-menus\/\"><b><i>Caf\u00e9 Gourmet<\/i><\/b><b> Coffee Shop<\/b><\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/complexesportifcn.com\/en\/food-beverage\/restaurants-menus\/\"><b>Locker room bar service<\/b><\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/complexesportifcn.com\/en\/food-beverage\/restaurants-menus\/\"><b>Catering service<\/b><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Fully licensed operation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Comments and complaints<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Your experience means a lot to us, thank you for letting us know about any situation that is deemed requiring of our immediate attention.
